Who We Are
Sathorn Tham was established in Bangkok with a clear purpose: to offer legal advisory that is as clear as it is thorough. Our name reflects the intersection of the Sathorn district — Bangkok's legal and financial corridor — and tham, the Thai word for law and righteous conduct.
We began as a small advisory practice working primarily with international families navigating Thai legal requirements around marriage, adoption, and residency. Over time, the practice expanded to serve commercial clients — entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses seeking structured legal guidance in the Thai market.
Today, Sathorn Tham operates across three areas — family law advisory, commercial lease negotiation, and multi-entity legal architecture — drawing on a team of Thai-qualified counsel and internationally experienced practitioners.
Our approach has always been defined by restraint. We do not approach legal matters with a template. Every engagement begins with listening — understanding the full picture before drawing any conclusions or offering direction.
We are based at 287 Silom Road, in the heart of Bangkok's professional district. We hold consultations in person at our offices and by appointment for clients based elsewhere in Thailand or abroad.
